Correctional and Treatment Center is to assure public safety through supervision of offenders placed in its custody and to

provide alcohol and drug treatment

services to offenders placed in its

Treatment Center in order to give them the opportunity to make changes in their lives and not return to the criminal justice system."

The Heart of America Correctional and Treatment Center (HACTC) is a correctional facility located in Rugby, North Dakota.  It is a combined 90 bed jail/32 bed treatment center.
