All-Time NFL Power Rankings #10: Miami Dolphins

The Miami Dolphins were established in 1966. For their first four seasons, the Dolphins played in the AFL. They went 15-39-2 before joining the NFL in 1970. By 1971, the Dolphins reached their first Super Bowl. In 1972, the Miami Dolphins finished what has proven to be the only perfect season in the Super Bowl era. Since their perfect season, the Dolphins have eligible for three more Super Bowls, winning one of them.
Don Shula was the Miami Dolphins head coach for twenty-six seasons. He unsuccessful to post a winning season in only two of them. The Dolphins are the winningest regular season organization in the NFL with a winning percentage of .578. Excluding their AFL years, they are the only organization to post a winning percentage above .600 in the NFL.

Since the death of Jack Kent Cooke in 1997, the Redskins have not enjoyed the success they had from their early days. The Redskins have only won two NFL wildcard games since 1993.
